The appellant Division of the Supreme Court is scheduled to carry hearing on Monday on a petition filed by crime convict Mir Quasem Ali, pleading to review the zenith court judgement that upheld his death sentence for committing crimes against humanity,reports on BSS.
Appellate Division Chamber chooses Justice Hasan Foyez Siddique had set the date on twenty-one June and sent the pertain regular bench following a state petition that pleaded for fixing a date to carry hearing on the appliance of Mir Quasem.
Earlier on nineteen June, the Jamaat leader filed the 68-page review plea to the department involved of the apex court, seeking final decision on fourteen grounds.
On June 6, 2016, the apex court frees the total text of its 244-page judgement.
